Please read our delivery and returns policy. It outlines our order handling and customer care procedures. By placing an order in out online store you aknowledge the following policy and agree to all terms listed below. Please be sure to check this policy everytime before purchasing items as some parts of it might be regulary updated.
All purchased good will be shipped by registered mail parcel within a week (7 days) of the actual purchase date. After the shipment is dispatched - order update notification is sent to a customer indicating the new order status. Orders in Lithuania usually take up to 4 days to arrive after being shipped. Orders placed outside Lithuania might take up to 21 days to arrive. Parcel tracking is available after order dispatch. Please see your order details for unique tracking number.

All orders are eligible for our 14 days return policy. If you would like to return a purchase made in our store please contact us by email email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused). It also must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Be aware that sale items can not be returned.
You as a buyer are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund.
Once your returned item is received it will be inspected for compliance with this policy.
Once return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
